About the event
I’ve been on a spiritual journey, a fitness journey and a healing journey. I would like to invite you to come on this journey with me. I would love for you join my Mega Fit Mind Body and Soul Challenge. This challenge starts September 1st and will end on September 21st. Being a part of this challenge, you will receive daily workouts every day for 21 days. You will receive daily scriptures and prayer. I will also give you daily Mega Meal Suggestions and Guidance. You will be able to engage in weekly Bible studies every Wednesday September 3rd September 10th and September 17th to be exact. There will also be weekly Mega fit boot camps every Sunday.
