I love hosting/directing group sessions because there is so much inspiring and positivity surrounding everyone. Working with people and assisting them in finding new and manageable ways to strengthen their life in multiple areas, is what I strive for! That's mega motivation for me to know/see that I am impacting people in a positive way to teach them healthy, easy, accommodating workouts to bring them to a different level.
